Monday 19.00 Ashtanga Vinyasa
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, is a vigorous and flowing style of yoga. It involves synchronizing breath with progressive and continuous postures, which produces internal heat while detoxifying the body. It builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, while calming the mind and improving overall health.
Wednesday 19.00 Yin Yoga
This practice is designed to help you stretch the connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
Saturday 10.00 Elemental Vinyasa
This series of practices is based on honouring the ever-changing energy in the here and now. Each of the Mandala practices have been created to work with the energy of the four elements: Earth, Fire, Air and Water.
Join me in discovering these beautifully flowing sequences and dive into your practice in new and nurturing ways. A special thanks to my teacher Dulce Aguilar for creating this beautiful practice..
