I highly recommend Malin’s Yoga Retreats.  Malin’s knowledge and experience shine through in every session that she teaches. Her intuitive approach means she is acutely in tune with the individual retreaters, giving each one variations and options to ensure they get the most out of every pose. Malin is a hugely talented teacher, very generous with her time and knowledge. I came away from this retreat feeling empowered, centred and excited about further deepening my yoga practice. To anyone thinking about doing a yoga retreat, do one of Malin’s - you won’t ever look back!

I can’t recommend one of Malin’s yoga retreats enough. I left the retreat feeling transformed in mind and body. Malin is a passionate and knowledgeable yoga teacher who leads you through empowering sessions enriched with the philosophy of yoga and her incredible knowledge of human anatomy. You might think that going on a yoga retreat is only for the spiritually enlightened yogi. However, our group was of varying levels of ability and fitness, and some of us hadn’t done yoga in years. With Malin’s amazing tuition and patience we all improved our technique and found some aspect that we were good at. By the end of the retreat I felt physically fit and was sleeping better than I had done in ages.

This was a fabulous online training with the super friendly & knowledgeable Malin! If you are keen to teach Mandala and would like to delve deeper into the Chakras this is a really great place to start. Everyone on the course was really lovely, Malin was super engaging and flexible, and I left feeling inspired and energised! I am still having super fun chakra dreams weeks later, be prepared to go deep with this one! Loved it.

I practised mandala yoga before pandemic and realised how great it made me feel, working well with my breath, dancing in circles, storing and releasing the energy as needed. Now as qualified yoga teacher, I needed to deepen my knowledge. And that’s exactly what Malin gave me. Every day was challenging in most positive way, stretching my body and mind, learning about the postures and also history and philosophy of chakras. I felt very relaxed and felt like I can speak openly about my understanding of chakras, and possible blockages. I would sincerely recommend the course to all yoga enthusiasts.

Malin is a world class Yoga teacher. The Online Mandala Teacher Training was such an incredible experience. I was sceptical at first doing a TT online as had previously completed a different training in person...but I was really pleasantly surprised! Malin's wonderful teaching methods and deep wisdoms really created that pure raw energy a face-to-face Yoga Teacher Training gives you. It was emotional, challenging, intense, heart-opening, softening and a whole whirlpool of magic. I really recommend this amazing course to everyone. Thank you Malin!
